Do you think that Ayurvedic food is Indian food only? Are you tired of dhal and kitchari and crave something different?
It goes without saying that an Ayurvedic diet is good for you. But it can be hard to suddenly switch from a western diet to a diet that is quite foreign. However, we have some good news for you; you can still eat the food you are familiar with without harming your health. All you have to do is make it better!
This cooking class on 21st March is about cooking those dishes you thought you had to give up if you want to follow the Ayurvedic path; foods like pasta, pizza, cake, salad and much more.
Ayurveda always calls for variety to live a balanced life. We would like to show how observing Ayurvedic principles in cooking can transform western dishes into Ayurvedic ones, which are easy to digest and great for your body and mind. There are a few little tricks of course, and we will teach you all the secrets.
There is nothing complicated. Recipes contain easy to get ingredients and are simple to make using a minimum of your time.
Whether you’ve already embraced traditional Ayurvedic cooking, or just want to enrich your daily menu options, this class is for you.
The benefits are your wellbeing!
In the class you will:
- Learn how to apply Ayurvedic principles to food preparation,
