Since diet is the key to Ayurvedic or any healthy lifestyle we will teach you how to switch to the right food effortlessly.
Does it mean all you have to eat is kitchari and dhal? No!
For good digestion and body functioning it is important to have variety to satisfy the senses and maintain the balance.
A wide range of beautiful dishes can be prepared to enrich your everyday and even festive menu, while still observing Ayurvedic principles.
Life gets so busy these days and we thought that fresh, balanced, nourishing, yet easy and quick to make recipes is what would be good to share.

This time we are keeping it super simple making complete & yummy meals within half an hour.
