Since diet is the key to any healthy lifestyle we would like to show you how easy it is to switch to an Ayurvedic diet and prepare the right food effortlessly.
Does it mean all you have to eat is kitchari and dhal? No!
For a good digestion and a healthy body, it is important to have variety to satisfy the senses and maintain a balanced diet.
A wide range of beautiful dishes can be made to enrich your everyday meals, and even a festive menu can be prepared while still observing Ayurvedic principles.
Because life gets so busy these days we thought that fresh, balanced, nourishing, yet easy and quick to make recipes is something that would be great to share. Without any compromise on deliciousness of course!
We will also give you some handy tips on how to set up an Ayurvedic kitchen, so that you always have the essentials to make a healthy substantial meal in a matter of minutes when you are hungry, instead of eating something not so good for your body.
So, the emphasis on this cooking class will be keeping it super simple and we will demonstrate how you can make complete & yummy meals which are ready in half an hour or less.
