We thought it would be great to help you plan your daily menu following Ayurvedic principles. And we came up with an idea of running 3 special cooking classes.
Each class will be dedicated to one of the meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Each time we will provide you with enough recipes to cover the whole week.
