We are continuing our cooking workshop series with unusual and appealing class – ‘Ayurvedic Cooking for westerners’.
Ayurvedic diet is good for you, it goes without saying. But it might be hard all of a sudden to switch to unknown and foreign food, right? There is good news! You can turn the food you are familiar with into Ayurvedic one, all we need to do is make it better!
This time we would like to show that simply observing Ayurvedic principles in cooking even a western dish can be turned into an Ayurvedic one. With few little tricks of course, and we will teach you all the secrets!
Whether you haven’t embraced traditional Ayurvedic cooking yet or just want to enrich your diet this class is for you as Ayurveda always calls for variety to live a balanced life.
