In this modern world, many of us live a fast-paced life which can make it difficult to attend to the fundamentals of ensuring our good health – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Even when we ‘do the right thing’, we live in a world in which it is difficult to avoid environmental toxins. It is inevitable that many of us accumulate toxins to some degree. In addition, even if we are careful about our eating habits, the food may turn into bad toxins if the digestive fire (Agni) is not optimal.
