Continuing our 2018 series of Ayurveda and cooking, this workshop focuses on how to make delicious and nutritious meals with balanced and complete protein. Contrary to popular belief, it is possible to eat a balanced diet without meat. Learning to make protein is one of the secrets!

Many of us are vegetarian or vegan. Others, perhaps the majority have stopped eating red meat year ago and eat chicken or fish once in a while in search for the source of protein.
Ancient science has proven vegetarian diet may be the healthiest and can be balanced with adequate source of protein.
This is a practical workshop to prepare vegetables source of protein using legumes, nuts, seeds, whole grains, and vegetables. In the workshop, you will learn how these vegetable protein can be combines in daily diet without causing any digestion issues.
