A Shirodhara pot (oil dripper) is traditionally used by skilled professionals in the Ayurvedic therapy form that involves gently pouring liquids over the forehead. The name Shirodhara comes from the Sanskrit words shiro (head) and dhara (flow) and forms part of Panchakarma (five actions), an Ayurvedic cleansing program.
