Our last Ayurveda & Cooking workshop was a huge success, attracting a large number of people, and the feedback we received was very positive. We are very excited about our next workshop which is going to be held on Sunday 6th of July from 8.30am-12pm.

 

During the workshop, Dr. Pradeep Neupane will be speaking on “Ayurvedic Nutrition & the Healing Value of Food” and their will be a cooking demonstration by the world renowned Ayurvedic Cooking Master Ranchor, who will be teaching how to prepare a balanced meal and successfully combine different coloured vegetables.

 

The workshop will include a healthy morning tea and lunch will be the delicious meal prepared during the demonstration.
