(stiffness and pain relief treatment)
Piccu is an ayurvedic method that treats localised stiffness and pain in the body. Thick cotton soaked in hot medicated oil is applied to the painful area and the entire area is massaged. The oil on the cotton is replaced periodically to keep it warm and therapeutic. Piccu is particularly soothing for pain and stiffness in the joints and muscles. Results can often be experienced within one treatment.
